Placing your order
Our online store is desingned to make your purchasing process as simple as possible. After your purchase is complete, we will email you a confirmation email that contains details on delivery status.
All products shipped within 1-3 days and tracking will be updated via email.
1. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
2. If your delivery address is diffferent to the billing address, this is not a problem although additional identification proof may be required upon our request.

After sales service
1. We operate a fair and effective after sales service.
2. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, if you wish to return the product please post the item back to 46 Alleyn Park,Dulwich, London, se21 8sf for a full refund.
3. We do not accept returns that have been visibly damaged.
In the rare occasion that your delivery is late due to a fault with the courier simply send over an emai and your shipping costs will be refunded. This decision is at our discretion.
Damaged / missing items
1. If damage is noticed at the point of delivery, the order can be refused and returned with the driver.
2. We advide that you check your purchased items for faults on the day of delivery and report any problems as soon as possible via the email address at the bottom of the page.
If you are not in and a delivery driver has attempted to deliver your parcel but has not left a card, please contact us via email if you are unable to retrieve your tracking information.

2. The reasons for collecting information about you is to simply to process your order and provide a high quality service.
1. We only currently ship to United Kingdom and USA.
2. If your order is processed and your delivery address is outside these locations, the amount will be refunded in due course.
